Episode 7 - What are you thinking about?
What you see and feel now is the result of what you used to think. If you want to change yourself going forward, change your thinking now. Think about what you’re thinking about, then think rank.
Rank is a subjective term, meaning you get to define what rank is to you. Start with two questions:
What am I thinking now?
What am I feeling now?
Answer those two to see if they are even related to improving what you’re doing at this moment. If they’re not, change them. If it’s important to you, you will.
